I’m the type of person who runs four times a week, yet eats chocolate every day; loves the show Dexter and cats more than dogs. I don’t like it when people send e-mails full of typos or have messy desks … but those habits are forgivable.
Ever since I can remember, I’ve been a fan of art and computers. Thanks to an inspirational teacher in high school—Susan Gleason—I was able to put my interests together! I started taking on small Web projects for family and friends and, as I grew to be more efficient and skilled, the possibility of turning something I truly enjoy doing into a career became a reality.
After completing my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, I pursued my then-hobby. I now happily work for Emmis Interactive as a design-developer hybrid and continue to provide freelance design services in my off hours. I really enjoy what I do!
I am confident that the enthusiasm I hold for design will shine through in any project we may collaborate on. I look forward to working with you in the very near future!
